Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Fifth Avenue Club Assistant to focus on client relationships and resolve problems with initiative. You will handle tasks and projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You will be client-focused, proactively addressing needs when consultants are unavailable, and you will manage time effectively while handling ad hoc responsibilities in a luxury retail environment on-site.

Qualifications

• Retail Experience Required.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that can include nights and weekends.
• Always portrays a professional and polished demeanor demonstrating confidence and a positive attitude.
• Has the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people.

Responsibilities

• Have the ability to continue client relationships and address all client needs when consultant is not available, acts as a liaison between client and consultant
• Utilize good time management and prioritizes daily tasks
• Be computer literate and systems save
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
