Qualifications

• Previous retail experience in a similar position preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency using CRM and WeChat for client outreach preferred.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin) a strong asset.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Develop a client base, drive store revenue and shape the brand experience.
• Operate on the sales floor with integrity and strong teamwork.
