Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to join its luxury retail team in the Los Angeles area. You will work on the sales floor to execute merchandising plans, build a client base, and drive store revenue while delivering an exceptional brand experience.

You will share product knowledge, maintain integrity and a team mindset, and provide the highest level of service to clients. Availability for a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
