Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Miami Design District is seeking a full-time Client Advisor dedicated to creating memorable luxury shopping experiences for our worldly clientele. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will embody the Louis Vuitton promise, tailoring every interaction to meet client needs and fostering lasting relationships through clienteling tools.

Ideal candidates have previous luxury retail experience, a strategic sales mindset, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury market.
Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
Willingness to learn and improve personal and team performance.
Forward-thinking, creative, and able to drive brand heritage.

Responsibilities

Client Experience: Deliver exceptional client service by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and excellence.
Sales Achievement: Meet individual and team sales goals through client engagement.
Product Knowledge: Master brand and product knowledge across categories.
Clienteling: Use clienteling tools for long-term client relationships.
