CXG is seeking individuals to become luxury brand evaluators. You will discreetly assess customer experiences across stores or online, providing feedback that helps brands improve. Each in-store visit takes about 20 minutes and missions can be completed multiple times per month.

You will receive compensation for your time and input, with potential reimbursements for purchases. No prior experience is required; honesty and attentiveness are valued across premium brand interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.

Responsibilities
