Job summary

Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a Luxury Boutique Stylist to join the team at their Miami location. This role provides customer service and operational support to help ensure a seamless luxury retail experience.

Job Duties Include

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm, elevated service approach
• Provide sales and service support to the boutique team
• Support daily operations including inventory organization, shipment processing, stock handling, and cycle counts
• Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve issues professionally
• Additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications Include

• 1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with basic technology, inventory processes, and cash handling
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and stand for duration of shift
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $27 - $31/hr + commission
