Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a gracious and professional manner.
• Escort arriving and departing guests to and from their room, transporting luggage.
• Acquaint each guest with room features and property amenities.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Assist guests with luggage storage, retrieval, and transportation as needed.
