Hermès is seeking enthusiastic beauty professionals to join our Artistry Talent Pool, supporting Hermes Boutiques during key moments and product launches. You will communicate with clients, demonstrate products, and help sales associates deliver luxury experiences in-store.

The ideal candidate is passionate about makeup and luxury beauty, stays up to date on trends, and can create welcoming environments while ensuring impeccable hygiene and grooming standards in the beauty area.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional consultation services to clients.
• Stay up to date on beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Create a welcoming and inspiring environment for clients.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Uphold excellent hygiene protocol.
• Practice grooming standards.
• Maintain visual standards for the beauty area.
• Perform demonstrations—help guide clients with choosing colors, color swatching etc.
• Manage booked appointments.
