The Seagate in Delray Beach seeks a friendly Pool and Beach Attendant to welcome guests, set up chairs, towels, and amenities, and keep the beach and pool areas clean and organized. You will help guests with seating and service, report maintenance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

High school diploma and hospitality experience preferred; weekend and holiday availability required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality, resort, beach, or pool experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Set up and arrange beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, towels, and other amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach and pool areas.
• Assist guests with seating, towel service, equipment requests, and inquiries.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests per service standards.
• Monitor guest areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain inventory and proper storage of beach/pool equipment.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily setup/breakdown.
