Job summary

Levy Sector at Spectrum Center in Charlotte is seeking an experienced Luxury Bartender to create exceptional guest experiences. You will deliver crafted beverages in a fast-paced stadium environment, ensuring quality and presentation.

The role requires strict adherence to liquor regulations, accurate cash handling, and attentive stock management. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks to standard recipes, manage identifications, and maintain a clean, organized bar.

Qualifications

• Experience serving beverages in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of state, federal liquor regulations.
• Ability to handle payments and process transactions.
• Maintain bar stock and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars and stock beverages, garnishes, glassware.
• Prepare and present drinks using recipes; monitor portions.
• Greet guests and take drink orders.
• Check IDs and ensure responsible service.
• Maintain clean bar area and equipment.
• Perform opening/closing duties and safety checks.

Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in designated bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control.
• Checks guests at the bar for proper identification.
• Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws.
• Receives payment where applicable from guests, verifies validity of charges and records charges.
• Locks up and stores all beverage products, food, equipment items.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized.
• Maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
• Washes and sterilizes barware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
