Qualifications

• Previous barista or fast-paced food & beverage experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hospitality mindset.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and share the story of American Gardens and the coffee program.
• Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages to high standards.
• Maintain and operate coffee equipment; manage setup, restock, and POS transactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of cart and surrounding area; follow health standards.
• Support events, activations, and brand pop-ups; collaborate with leadership and marketing teams.
