Job summary

RH Hospitality is seeking a knowledgeable Bar & Coffee Associate to deliver a refined beverage experience across our wine bar and coffee program. You will guide guests through their beverage journey with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency, reflecting RH’s luxury hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee, stocking and organizing the bar, engaging guests with informed recommendations, and maintaining a clean, well‑run service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage production or service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, coffee and cocktails is beneficial.
• Commitment to high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, first-class guest experience reflecting RH’s hospitality standards.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with quality and consistency.
• Adhere to RH’s recipes and service standards for all beverages.
• Guide guests with informed recommendations on offerings, pairings, and seasonal selections.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and curation of the Bar and related spaces.
• Stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory to support uninterrupted service.
• Represent the brand and engage guests with polished presentation and beverage knowledge.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage beverage inventory and contribute to service and financial goals.
