Qualifications

• Must have full familiarity with menus.
• Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
• Determine guests preferences.
• Up-sell premium food & beverage items where applicable.
• Assist in all opening and closing duties.

Skills

Knowledge of fine dining service

Extensive wine knowledge

Ability to communicate in English

Prior serving and cash handling experience
