• Technical skills: Proficient in AV system setup including projectors, screens, audio systems, smart home devices, and network configurations.
• Customer focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensuring installations are aesthetically pleasing and functionally flawless.
