Job summary

Holman is seeking a skilled BMW Technician at Princeton BMW to service and repair vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager. You will perform repairs to dealership and factory standards and road-test vehicles to ensure quality.

The ideal candidate has BMW/MINI experience, at least 3+ years dealer-level or large-facility experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• BMW/MINI experience highly desired.
• Minimum of 3+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.
