Land Rover Alexandria in Alexandria, VA is seeking dedicated Luxury Automotive Technicians to join our service department and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work in a fast-paced, professional environment with access to modern tools and a state-of-the-art facility.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of technician experience, strong diagnostic, electrical and engine repair skills, and a valid driver's license. Certifications and franchise-level experience are a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• Franchise-level certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical and engine repair experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
