Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with a smile and friendly words.
• Open doors and assist customers entering and leaving.
• Direct guests to the reception area or appropriate departmental Manager/Advisor.
• Actively listen and respond to guest questions.
• Prepare customer vehicles for delivery following service.
• Pick-up and return customer vehicles from their home or office for service.
