Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; two (2) years’ related and progressively responsible automotive retailer, brand-specific service technician experience preferred.
• Technical School Diploma and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently Ensures Client Satisfaction and Safety by Effectively, Efficiently, and Safely Repairing Vehicles Right the First Time, Every Time
• Effectively utilizes manufacturer recommended diagnosis and repair processes.
• Promptly seeks clarification and/or management input if client concern or action is unclear.
• Verifies after repair that the concern is resolved and communicates causes and steps taken.
• Maintains documentation and adheres to company, manufacturer, and regulatory policies and procedures.
