Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership.
• Assist with service check-ins and direct guests to sales or service staff.
• Answer basic questions and provide general dealership information.
• Help ensure every visitor receives the exceptional experience expected from a Mercedes‑Benz dealership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Support administrative tasks such as phone calls, appointment confirmations, and guest logs.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, sales consultants, and management.
