Qualifications

• Clean driving record with valid driver's license.
• Proven experience as an automotive detailer, with a strong emphasis on luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle surfaces, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in using detailing tools, equipment, and products.
• Ability to identify and rectify paint imperfections and interior blemishes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for automobiles.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and meticulous interior and exterior detailing of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and cleaning.
• Use industry-leading techniques and products to restore and maintain the aesthetic and mechanical condition of vehicles.
• Safely and efficiently operate detailing equipment, such as buffers, steam cleaners, and pressure washers.
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections, such as scratches, dents, or stains, and address them appropriately.
• Apply protective coatings, sealants, and treatments to preserve the vehicles' finish and appearance.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are prepared to the highest standards for customer deliveries and events.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored and handled.
• Continuously stay updated on Mercedes-Benz detailing standards and techniques to provide exceptional service.
