Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking an experienced Appliance Specialist to lead high-end appliance sales in our showroom. You will guide clients through appliance selections, prepare quotes, and manage orders while coordinating with vendors and showroom teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely execution.

You’ll also support garage door products as needed and maintain engaging, well-presented displays that reflect current offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with high-end appliances.
• Strong knowledge of appliance products, specs, and installation requirements.
• Experience preparing quotes and processing orders in a showroom or sales environment.
• Familiarity with garage doors is a plus; deep specialization is not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert on high-end kitchen and home appliances.
• Guide clients through appliance selection based on functionality, performance, layout, and design needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of appliance features, benefits, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process appliance orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales teams, and internal partners to ensure correct specs and timely order execution.
• Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to support confident client decisions.
• Stay current on appliance trends, innovations, and manufacturer updates.
• Backup support – garage doors when needed.
• Collaborate with showroom team to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and client interactions.
• Ensure displays are accurate, organized, and reflect current offerings.
