Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Housekeeping Specialist to maintain clean and safe spaces in assigned multifamily communities in North Port, FL. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash disposal, and following safety procedures.

You will collaborate with residents and team members, track supplies, and support move-ins with a courteous, professional demeanor. A high school diploma and 1+ year housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year multifamily housekeeping experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication across channels.
• Familiarity with general safety requirements.
• Ability to lift tools and items up to ~30 lbs.
• Must be able to climb on and off ladders.

Responsibilities

• Prepares upcoming move-ins.
• Keeps track of supplies and equipment and notifies supervisor when low.
• Follows safety procedures, policies and instructions.
• Uses proper aseptic techniques and safety precautions.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment with supplies and equipment.
• Communicates effectively with residents, families and coworkers.
