Job summary

Lifted is seeking qualified professionals in McCall, Idaho to conduct in-person Airbnb Luxe home consultations as part of our Managed Services program. You will assess properties, document conditions with photos, and produce structured evaluation reports based on provided guidelines and templates.

This is a per-assignment opportunity with travel as needed and flexible scheduling. Base compensation is proposed per one-bedroom review, with an additional $5 per bedroom beyond the first, up to eight

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate or related field preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability to accommodate assignments as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations.
• Own a phone or tablet capable of completing reports and uploading photos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: live within one-hour drive of the job site.

Responsibilities
