• Coordinate and implement visual merchandising strategies across the store
• Ensure flawless presentation of product categories; manage lighting, props and store environment
• Provide feedback to regional team and collaborate with Store Management on events and launches
• Identify, train, and develop Visual Leaders, setting clear visual expectations
• Leverage visual merchandising to contribute to business development and client experience
