Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive familiarity preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and escort to the appropriate associates for assistance.
• Park and retrieve cars while observing safety guidelines.
• Maintain dealership guidelines for client vehicle care and operation.
• Notify management of vehicle damage; keep drive and parking areas clean.
• Promote positive relationships across dealership teams and departments.
• Assist with driving clients to destinations and car wash tasks as needed.
