You are the first and last contact for guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, teamwork with front desk and security, and maintaining a tidy valet area.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles.
• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or valet.
• Physical ability to lift/carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage and directions.
• Operate valet parking services and manage vehicle parking/retrieval safely.
• Communicate with front desk and security to coordinate arrivals/departures.
• Keep valet area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist guests with additional requests to enhance their stay.
