Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Nail Technician license from the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
• Continuing Education as required to maintain license/certification.
• 2+ years of experience as a Nail Technician in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.

Responsibilities

• Provide nail services to guests including manicures and pedicures.
• Maintain sanitation and disinfection procedures at all times.
• Upsell products and services to meet retail/service targets.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and assist with backbar duties.
• Escort guests and ensure comfort and safety throughout treatments.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked with supplies; perform routine deep-clean tasks.
• Participate in promotions within and outside the spa and support team
• Adhere to spa and hotel policies and assist management as needed.
