Qualifications

• Valid and current Esthetician License in the state / location of the hotel
• Two years of professional esthetic experience preferred
• Additional certificates for specialty treatments and modalities preferred and appreciate
• Willingness to learn new skills and be adaptable
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, according to department needs

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the spa and provide exceptional spa services in line with Auberge Spa standards
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout treatments
• Prepare treatment room to client specifications
• Perform prep work and restock room as required
• Provide massage for neck, hands and feet when appropriate per service
• Maintain immaculate and organized spa areas and equipment
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies
• Communicate incidents to management as needed
• Actively promote spa services, sessions, and retail, including promotions and discounts
• Follow all treatment protocols and participate in training and staff meetings
