Job summary

Stanly Ranch is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to ensure every guest room meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will handle bed making, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities, while promptly reporting maintenance needs to keep rooms pristine.

In this role, you will deliver courteous service, respond to guest requests, and help create memorable stays. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required, with prior luxury-hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of housekeeping experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
