Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation in San Juan is seeking a Client Advisor to support merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor. You will build a client base, drive store revenue and shape the luxury brand experience with integrity and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and the ability to leverage CRM tools for client outreach. Flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and demonstrated passion for teamwork.
• Proficiency using CRM and client outreach tools (WeChat, etc.).
• Language skills beyond Italian: Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin are assets.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
