Job summary

Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain luxury guest rooms, suites, and public areas. You will partner with the Housekeeping team to ensure pristine environments that impress guests and support operations.

The role involves cleaning, restocking, and responding to guest requests with a focus on detail, speed, and safety. Onsite work supports the resort’s premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Precise cleaning and guest room presentation standards.
• Strong teamwork and coordination with front desk and other departments.
• Clear communication with guests and colleagues to meet requests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and suites to luxury standards.
• Make beds, change linens, restock amenities and minibars.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize bathrooms and surfaces.
• Replenish guest amenities and respond to requests.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering or housekeeping supervisor.
• Assist in deep cleaning projects and high-touch areas.
• Maintain organization of carts and storage areas.
• Support seamless guest arrivals and departures with front desk.
