Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, meeting spaces and other public areas.
• Ensure public spaces are consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
• Monitor and address cleanliness or maintenance concerns proactively.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional manner.
