Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV is seeking friendly servers to join our dining team. You will greet guests, seat them, take beverage and food orders, and deliver orders with attentive service in a fast-paced casino resort setting.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of food, presentation, liquor and wine, with previous restaurant experience preferred. Must be at least 21 and able to lift up to 25 pounds; grooming standards apply.

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of food, presentation, liquor and wine.
Alcohol Awareness Card required.
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greeting and seating customers.
Provide exceptional table service.
Answer menu questions.
Taking beverage and food orders.
Delivering drink and food orders.
Making food recommendations and providing attentive service to diners.
Creating and maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Checking up on guests during meals.
Performing cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area.
End-of-shift closeout tasks.
Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, their prices, method of preparation and availability.
