Job summary

The Leonard on Beverly, a premier luxury senior living community in Los Angeles, is looking for a Server to join our team. If you are passionate about serving seniors and providing exceptional dining experiences, this is your opportunity to shine in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You will take orders, assist with menu selections, ensure dietary needs are followed, greet and seat residents, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while delivering meals with courtesy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take written food orders and serve meals to residents, family members and guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
• Assist residents with meal/menu selections as necessary or requested.
• Use proper etiquette and manners while waiting tables (serving from the left, clearing between courses).
• Review residents’ dietary needs, as outlined by the Culinary Director.
• Greet and seat residents, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and comply with policies for food handling and service.
• Display a positive, professional image and wear the proper uniform and name tag.
