Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL license required to operate specific vehicles.
• Class B P2 license or higher may be required for certain vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly service to clients and passengers.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Transport passengers safely to destinations and greet passengers warmly.
• Adhere to pickup/drop-off times and communicate changes to dispatch.
• Engage with passengers and share local information as appropriate.
• Prepare routes using maps or GPS and review trip tickets before departure.
• Complete pre- and post-vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Document hours and necessary paperwork, including DOT logs.
