Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Charlotte, in partnership with The Mina Group, invites an attentive Bar Attendant to join a luxury dining environment. You will keep the bar and dining areas guest-ready, provide personalized service, and help create memorable experiences for guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and proactive service throughout the shift, with opening/closing procedures and ongoing support for supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures for service areas.
• Set up, stock, and maintain bar and service areas to support operations.
• Monitor and replenish ice, glassware, paper products, and other essentials.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of bars, workstations, tables, equipment, and service tools.
• Remove used glassware, dishes, and service items promptly to create a polished, welcoming environment.
• Partner with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisor.
