Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Bar Assistant to support the bar and lounge operations, ensuring bartenders and service staff have what they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, anticipates guest and operational needs, and works with the Restaurant & Bar team under the Bar Manager.

You bring a high school diploma or equivalent, prior beverage service experience is preferred, and you can lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in beverage service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to obtain local food handling or alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders and servers by maintaining stock levels of beverages, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Clear, clean, and set tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware to Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations, service areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with preparing fruit, garnishes, and other beverage mise en place.
• Assist bartenders with beverage preparation as needed.
• Ensure side stations are properly stocked throughout service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.
