Provides personalized, exceptional guest service ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy.

Essential Functions
  • Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
  • Demonstrates proper personal hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Maintains a neat, well-groomed appearance in uniform.
  • Follows restaurant policies on attendance, conduct, and safety.
  • Assists guests with product knowledge and promotional information.
  • Handles guest comments promptly and courteously.
  • Performs primary and secondary position responsibilities accurately and timely.
  • Supports team members and assists with additional tasks as requested by management.
  • Answers the telephone courteously and professionally.
  • Prepares quality products maintaining portion control and presentation within service times.
