Job summary

Goodrich Area Schools is seeking a Lunchroom Recess Aide to ensure student safety in the lunchroom and model appropriate conduct. The role is part-time, with hours from 10:50 am to 1:20 pm, five days per week during student days.

Responsibilities include transporting students, guiding cafeteria manners, handling emergencies if needed, and collaborating with the principal to maintain a safe, respectful environment in the school lunchroom.

Qualifications

• Previous work with school age students preferred.
• Must be able relate well to elementary students, school personnel and the general public.

Work Environment

Work is performed at Elementary level facilities of the district. There is limited exposure to physical risk.

Terms of Employment

10:50 am – 1:20 pm, 5 days per week; student days only.

Compensation

Contracted through GECS. $18.50 / hour. Paid sick, holiday and snow days.
