Job summary

General George S. Patton School District #133 is seeking a Lunchroom/Playground Supervisor for approximately 3 hours each school day (10:30-1:30), Monday through Friday while school is in session.

The role reports to the Principal or designee and involves supervising students during lunch, assisting with meal distribution and tickets, monitoring the playground, and performing light lunchroom duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Applicant must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to work Mon-Fri during school sessions.
• Hourly position requiring responsible supervision of students.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors students during lunch periods.

Position: Lunchroom/Playground Supervisor

Examples of duties:

• Supervises and monitors students during all lunch periods
• Manage behaviors through the implementation of school expectations
• Assists lunchroom staff with distribution of lunches
• Assists with the collection of lunchroom tickets
• Assists as required in lunchroom (sweeping, wiping tables, etc.)
• Monitor playground (recess) as necessary
• All other duties as assigned by Principal or designee

Salary: $15.00 per hour
