The successful candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families while handling routine tasks and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch and recess to ensure safety and well-being.
• Encourage positive behavior and discourage negative behavior.
• Respond to student needs and concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Monitor the playground and equipment for safety and maintenance.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to appropriate personnel.
