The Pacific Club in Honolulu, HI is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage team member. You will provide attentive service to Club Members in a fast-paced, private club setting, communicating menu details confidently and taking orders.

This role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for exceptional service. Weekend and holiday availability is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Job description

Create memorable experiences for Club Members through genuine hospitality, attentive service, and professional, welcoming service. As part of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll work in a fast-paced downtown business private club where teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

Team members are expected to consistently uphold Club standards and follow all Club policies and procedures while delivering exceptional member and guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide attentive, professional service and build genuine connections with members.
• Communicate menu, beverage and service information confidently.
• Accurately take and serve orders according to Club standards and operate the POS system.
• Respond to guest needs and concerns with support from management when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and work collaboratively with the team.

Schedule:

Typical lunch shifts are 9:30 AM–2:30 PM, with opportunities for additional hours.

Part-time position with potential for additional hours based on business needs, including breakfast shifts and your availability.
