PositionOverview:

• The Lunch and Recess Aideisanessentialroleinensuringasafeandenjoyableenvironmentforstudents during lunch and recess. This position involves monitoring student activities, promoting positivebehavior, and supporting the overall well-being of children during meal and playtime.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Overseestudentbehaviorduringlunchandrecesstomaintainasafe,respectful,andpositiveatmosphere.
• Supporttheservingofmeals,includinghelpingstudentswithfoodchoices,maintainingthe cleanliness of meal areas, and ensuring proper portion sizes.
• Assistinkeepingthelunchroomandplaygroundareascleanandorganizedbymanagingwaste disposal and ensuring sanitary conditions.
• Encourageactiveplayduringrecess,ensuringthatstudentsengagein safe and inclusive activities while promoting teamwork and good sportsmanship.
