Job summary

Fooda is expanding its delivery team in the Washington, DC area. We\'re hiring independent contractor Delivery Drivers to transport lunches to offices on time and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will pick up and drop off meals, follow assigned routes, and communicate with Fooda Managers and restaurant partners. Reliable vehicle and valid license required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Car Insurance.
• Clean driving record supported by a motor vehicle report.
• Must have current Food Handler permit for the location you are working in.
• Must wear mask and gloves while picking up and delivering food.
• Must be willing to use smartphone during working hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 10:30am-12:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Transport lunches to offices in a safe and timely manner.
• Pick up and drop off lunches while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Communicate with Fooda Managers, Restaurant Partners, and customers as needed.
