This role provides technical and management leadership for major tasks, guiding objectives, staffing, and budget considerations on-site at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. The position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance, with BA/BS and 25 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree.
• Years of Experience: 25 years of directly related experience.
• Travel: Travel may be required; onsite work at MSFC Huntsville, AL.

• Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.

• Directs and controls activities for a project, with responsibility for financials, methods, and staffing.
• Performs project negotiations and interfaces with senior management.
• Supports program reviews and independent assessments.
• Gives input on make-or-buy analyses and business planning.
• Develops training materials and handbooks.
• Provides affordability analysis and planning.
