Job summary

Express Lumper Solutions is actively seeking reliable lumpers to support container unloading tasks at client sites across the Puget Sound region in Washington. These are floating assignments with potential shifts at different sites each week, requiring dependable transportation.

Responsibilities include unloading containers, sorting by SKU, palletizing and stacking safely, and maintaining a clean work area. Safety gear is required, and punctuality is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50–70 lbs.
• Previous container-unloading, warehouse or lumper experience is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation across the Puget Sound region.
• Steel-toed safety shoes and a safety vest are required.
• Must be punctual, dependable and comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Must be able to follow pallet configurations, labels and sorting instructions.

Lumper - Container Unloading (Puget Sound, WA)

Express Lumper Solutions is hiring reliable and physically capable lumpers to support ongoing container-unloading assignments at client sites across the Puget Sound region. These are floating crew assignments - you may be scheduled at different sites within the region from week to week, so reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manually unload floor-loaded containers and trailers
• Sort products by SKU or client instructions
• Palletize and stack products safely and accurately
• Shrink-wrap completed pallets when required
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
• Report damaged or open products immediately
• Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Compensation:

• Flat pay per completed container
• The rate and assignment details will be confirmed before each shift
• Additional approved work or waiting time will be communicated separately
• Potential for regular assignments based on performance, attendance and client volume
