Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the yard.
• Load and unload products safely for customers, vendors, and company vehicles.
• Answer customers' questions regarding products.
• Inform management of customer complaints or requests promptly.
• Move, stock, and rearrange building materials in yard/warehouse/store interior.
• Perform routine forklift safety checks per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of lumberyard and warehouses by stacking products and clearing debris.
• Verify tickets match merchandise during loading and loading operations.
• Cover exposed materials to prevent weather damage when needed.
• Operate a forklift and attend all store meetings and training sessions.
