Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work outdoors, and adapt to varying temperatures. Flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred for loading and unloading.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather.
• Strong customer-service orientation and safety awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials for quality and accuracy; ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Organize and secure loads following safety procedures.
• Assist in unloading/loading materials manually or with a forklift.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers during loading.
• Maintain inventory by labeling and stocking materials.
• Build loads for outbound deliveries with careful packaging.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and retrieval.
• Work outdoors and adapt to weather and temperature variations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
