You will assist customers with selecting materials, cut lumber to size, and help load purchases into vehicles. The role requires weekend availability and physical effort with some lifting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and advise customers on building materials and supplies.
• Cut lumber and related materials to sizes requested by customers.
• Assist customers in loading purchased materials into their vehicles.
• Mark prices on merchandise according to pricing guides.
• Straighten materials on display to maintain safe and orderly sales areas.
• Cover exposed materials to prevent weather damage.
• Count materials and record totals on inventory sheets.
