Country Lumber in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Yard Associate to join our team in Thomaston. You will help build lumber orders for delivery, assist customers in the yard, and support safe, efficient operations in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, loading and unloading product, stock replenishment, and learning the RF Warehousing System to improve accuracy and service. A positive attitude and reliability are key.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various elements.
• Lumber experience is a plus.
